About me

Hi! I’m Regan, a night nanny and postpartum care provider with over 10 years of hands-on experience in infant care, live-in and travel nannying, and in-home daycare management. I specialize in overnight newborn care, offering calm, consistent support so families can get the rest they need while knowing their baby is safe and well cared for. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and hold certifications in Safe Sleep, SIDS/Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention, Water Safety, and Car Seat Safety. I’m also fully vaccinated and currently completing my degree in Early Childhood Education. My approach is rooted in responsive, respectful care that adapts to your family’s unique needs. Whether you’re looking for gentle sleep support, help with feeding routines, or just peace of mind through the night, I prioritize safe sleep practices, evidence-based newborn care, and clear communication. I work closely with parents to build confidence in those early weeks and help establish healthy nighttime rhythms from the start.

Service introduction

As a night nanny and postpartum care provider, I offer overnight newborn support tailored to meet each family’s needs. My services include full overnight care—diaper changes, bottle feeding or breastfeeding support, burping, soothing, swaddling, and settling baby back to sleep—so parents can rest and recover. I also assist with establishing gentle sleep foundations, tracking feeding and sleep patterns, and helping create age-appropriate nighttime routines. Whether your baby is brand new or transitioning through developmental leaps, I’m here to offer calm, capable guidance. In addition to newborn care, I support families with light nursery organization, baby laundry, washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts, and providing detailed notes or updates each morning. I can help answer questions, share newborn tips, and offer reassurance during this major life transition. I’m also available for postpartum support such as emotional check-ins, helping parents feel confident in newborn care, and providing trusted, non-judgmental support—especially during those long nights when it all feels like a lot.
