Face to face support, in the convenience of your own home, allows the time to explore options and any issues arising. I will take a comprehensive history of your pregnancy and birth, including that of any previous children. We can then discuss your current feeding journey and formulate a plan, along with a full of feeding assessment. I have supported hundreds of families with issues such as; nipple pain, milk supply, unsettled babies, breast reduction, slow weight gain, tongue tie and many more. I have extensive experience in tongue tie, previously supporting the running of an NHS tongue tie clinic. Although I am not a tongue tie practitioner, I can perform an initial examination of the oral cavity and explore further options for you, should we suspect a tongue tie. As an IBCLC, I have a toolkit of items that can improve your feeding experience, if needed, these will be available for use only when clearly indicated and are included in the initial cost. The price of the visit also includes a detailed summary email which will convey what we have discussed and a plan, if needed. Virtual and antenatal support is also available, upon request.
