Frequently asked questions
When do I need to book?
For your hypnobirthing course I advise doing your course between 28 and 34 weeks pregnant (a couple of weeks either side is ok too). Please book as soon as possible in order to secure your space, as places are limited and get booked up.
For postnatal or breastfeeding support get in touch to discuss your needs as I can often fit in daytime appts.
I have a high-risk pregnancy, can I still book?
Absolutely! I welcome you with open arms and I’m ready to support you prepare for birth.
How is your approach different to others?
I have a personal approach: I will listen to and support YOUR birth goals and choices, in the same way I will listen to and support your feeding goals and choices.
You are at the centre of my care, and we will work together to help you feel more confident and prepared.
