Hi everyone! I am a certified Doula through Rocky Mountain Doula (CD), a CAPPA-trained Postpartum Doula, and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I live in the Denver Metro area and serve families there through home, birth center, and hospital births. I'm passionate about using my knowledge of anatomy and movement to aid in labor progression and pain management. Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated with pregnancy, birth, and everything child-care-related. In 2021, I became a personal trainer and specialized in pre/post-natal training. Once I learned about birth doulas, the rest was history! Guiding families through this sacred time is truly my calling. I love using my knowledge of anatomy and movement to aid in labor progression and pain management. I believe that with proper movement, education, and support, women can learn to trust their bodies and understand they were meant for birth. My birth philosophy is about preparing and supporting a woman's mind, body, and soul. Birth can be a powerful and transformative experience that every family should have access to. This is a family’s opportunity to have the birth they've always imagined and relish in the strength that was there all along.

My birth doula package includes at least two prenatal appointments, birth support, and a postpartum check-in. At the prenatal appointments, we will discuss your birth plan, go over movements that aid in labor progression, practice pain relieving techniques, and I will give essential information about the birthing process. I will be by your side every step of the way during your birth, offering physical and emotional support. After your birth, I will stay around an hour to make sure you have everything you need and for breastfeeding support. There is a minimum of 4 hours of day postpartum support and 8 hours of night support. Each postpartum package can be customizable depending on the family's needs. During my shift, I will assist in newborn care, light housework, errands, and help with emotional and physical recovery.
