Hi friend! My name is Raechel and I own Womb & Milk Doula Services. I’m a Birth & Postpartum Doula serving in the area of Bloomington Normal, Illinois. I believe in your ability to follow the birthing journey that feels right for you - no matter what that looks like. As your doula, I will be there to help offer you information, encouragement to trust in yourself and your own body, and will be there to help advocate for you all along the way. If you’re in need of a doula, I’d love to be your person of support.

Service introduction

As your birth doula, I hope to help you feel empowered through physical and emotional support, helping to research and provide information regarding birth, and advocating for you and your birth desires. As your postpartum doula, I hope to help mom find ways to feel her best physically, emotionally and spiritually. Support ranges from light housekeeping, sibling support, birth reflection, guided breathwork, and help with infant care if desired. I separately offer prenatal yoga and guided meditation & breathwork sessions.
