About me

Hi, I’m Rae! I’ve been a birth doula since 2020, and love to help expecting parents become prepared and empowered to explore the journey of birth. I’m also a CPST (child passenger safety technician), hypno doula, and Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor. I’m an approved doula at Beginnings Birth Center and support births there, at home, and in all of the local hospitals.

Service introduction

My services vary from birth doula services, childbirth education (either a 5 week comprehensive course, or a 6 week Hypnobabies class, which includes all of your typical CBE in addition to learning self hypnosis), a VBAC workshop, and helping you learn how to properly install your car seat and buckle baby in safely. My prices vary from $1,000 (which does not include classes), to $1,800. My most common package is $1,500 and includes Childbirth Education and a Newborn Care and Breastfeeding class (BBC approved).
