About me

Hello! My name is Racquel. I am an advocate to my core. I have always been passionate about advocacy and support. It is my belief that we can all make better decisions when armed with the right information. We have choices in everything we do. I feel that when we make decisions from a place of being informed we feel better about the choices we make. My background is in education, counseling and advocacy. My journey to birth work began after the birth of my son and subsequent pregnancy losses. Through these experiences I was able to see the importance and need of birth workers to support families. Pregnancy, child birth and pregnancy loss are sacred times and can also be scary. It is my goal to help ease the fear and focus more the on the sacredness of this time. All women deserve support regardless of their journey; whether that is pregnancy, miscarriage, still birth, abortion, birth and postpartum.

Pregnancy loss Support for couples

A safe and comfortable space for you to speak about your pregnancy loss and begin the healing process with the support of a doula. Clients can choose to book one session or multiple sessions to process their pregnancy loss. Each session is booked individually and will last 90 minutes

ALL SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED VIRTUALLY 1 free 30 minute consultation (2) virtual visits visits Birth Plan guidance and support Lactation planning and support Full Spectrum Doula Support unlimited phone and email support throughout your entire pregnancy Continuous labor and birth support from the time You decide you need me 1 week on call before due date ( if you have a preterm birth every effort will be made to support you during that time as well) 1 week on call after delivery Full Virtual delivery support Early breastfeeding and postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) (1) postpartum home visit Continued phone and text support up to 4 weeks postpartum Postpartum Gift Box
