Racine is a highly trained DONA international certified birth and postpartum doula, specializing in supporting families through VBAC, cesarean, and surrogacy births, and postpartum. As an Evidence Based Birth Instructor, she stays up-to date on the latest research to provide informed and evidence-based support. As the owner of Limitless Love Doula Care, she is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to families. Racine graduated from Fayetteville State University with a degree in education and has taught every age group including adults. Her career in education has transitioned into doula work by helping her have compassion and genuine care for her clients making her a beloved and trusted member of any birth team. Racine enjoys traveling with her family and telling stories to her 2 boys about growing up in a small rural town.

Virtual Childbirth Education- I'm a Evidence-based birth instructor and I teach birthing people and their partner how to build a team of providers, which also include doulas, RN, support people, etc to help them have the birth that they desire. They learn how to advocate from themselves, learn comfort measures for laboring at home or at the hospital. We also rehearse birthing positions and take about postpartum care. -$325 Virtual Postpartum Doula Care- Support families by providing tips for recovery, newborn care, and postpartum care. All information provided by doula is evidence based and helps families make informed decisions about caring, feeding, and preparing for baby. Virtual postpartum care is composed via zoom or call. Emailing is also an option since all lines of communication are always open. In Person Postpartum Doula Care- Doula comes into the home and helps birthing person and their partner transition to parenthood. Show parents ways to keep baby safe while sleeping, how to change diapers, and proper way to feed baby. Light housework is also provided such as cleaning bottles, baby laundry, etc. Breastfeeding support is also provided and ways to store milk and clean pump parts. Virtual and In Birth Doula Care- 1-2 prenatal visits (office or home) with client. Goes over birthing plan, hospital interventions, and building a supportive birth team. While in labor, doula provides support by doing comfort measures, and helping client advocate for themselves and feeling safe and heard while in labor. Depending on package, Childbirth classes are included or discounted. Follow up 1-3 days after the birth of baby.
