Looking for a midwife and maybe a doula as well to do a home birth. Do not plan on going to a hospital at any point or getting an OBGYN. Not sure about budget yet and would prefer if someone is able to work with insurance. Don’t have a set birth plan yet either since we’re still early.

I want to find a doula to support me in the birth of my first child. I will give birth at the Kaiser Ontario Medical Center in California. I want to find a doula that will work with Kaiser Insurance. My birth plan is to hopefully go into labor naturally, receive pain medicine as I need, and have a supported birth experience where my doula is knowledgable and my advocate throughout the process.

I am planning on giving birth at San Antonio in Upland, and I am hoping to learn more about the birthing process and discuss what decisions have to be made on the day of the birth. My partner and I are first time parents so we are hoping to get as much education as possible. I would like to have someone at the hospital with me and my partner so we don't feel overwhelmed.
