Providing exceptional care for birthers and their families as they journey from fertility, through pregnancy, birth, and into the 4th trimester. My goal is to return to the feeling of empowerment and mental wellness to the journey to expanding a family with mental health at the forefront of my work. I am a clinically trained counsellor by trade with several years working with mental health, addiction and trauma; I aim to bring this training and knowledge to support my clients in understanding their mental health and processing any birth trauma they may have endured.

My passion for birth work and helping families is everything to me. I work with 2 other amazing women in my business who all feel the same way. I have always been passionate about working with families, which led me to earn my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology and to work in social and community services. ​ After becoming pregnant with my daughter in 2019, I threw myself into research and through my experiences, truly discovered my passion for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
