About Olivia
My name is Olivia Ibarra. I am a certified birth doula, culinarian, and a nutritionist. I am excited and honored to be a part of your birth journey whether it be through labor and delivery support, health coaching, or meal prep. I value food as medicine and believe in the healing power of nutrition. Even the smallest lifestyle changes (good or bad) can have a big impact on a mother's journey before, during and after pregnancy. I work alongside mothers to help them develop their self-efficacy and autonomy. They are the ones in the driver's seat, I'm just along for the ride to offer the support they need!
Birth Doula packages and pricing
Just the Doula Please
You will receive birth doula services, which include 2 prenatal visits, labor and delivery support, and 2 hours postpartum support. I offer massage, mindfulness, counter pressure, and some aromatherapy techniques.
Nourish Package
You will receive all the services that come with the birth doula as well as 4 health and wellness coaching session (3 prenatal and 1 postpartum).
Just the Food
You will receive postpartum chef services, which includes meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking a week's worth of meals to go into your fridge or freezer.
Deluxe Nourish Package
You will receive birth doula services, 4 health and wellness coaching sessions (3 prenatal and 1 postpartum), and a week's worth of fresh cooke meals for your fridge or freezer.
What to expect
As a birth doula, I offer emotional and physical support during labor and delivery as well as 2 hours postpartum. This includes 2 prenatal visits. Health and wellness coaching involves nutrition and wellness education, goal setting, and motivational interviewing for behavior change. As a postpartum chef, I will shop for ingredients to cook nutritious meals in your own home to build you a postpartum freezer.
