With training from DONA International, I provide evidence-based guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on support to help birthing individuals feel empowered and confident in their journey to parenthood. Service introduction

As a certified birth doula trained through DONA International, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support to expectant parents throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My services include continuous emotional and physical support during childbirth, comfort techniques such as breathing exercises, massage, and positioning, as well as guidance in creating and advocating for a birth plan that aligns with your wishes. I offer prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, provide educational resources, and ensure families feel informed and empowered. After birth, I provide immediate postpartum support, including assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding initiation, and emotional reassurance. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where families feel supported and confident as they welcome their new baby.

Empowered Birth Support Package” – $850 • Two prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and birth plan guidance • Continuous labor and birth support, including physical and emotional comfort measures • Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) to assist with newborn care and breastfeeding initiation • One postpartum follow-up visit to check in on recovery, answer questions, and provide additional support • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy and early postpartum

I am really thankful for the amazing help she gave me when my son was born. Right from the start she was friendly well-informed and caring which helped me feel confident and comfortable during my pregnancy and delivery. During labor she provided support comfort and encouragement throughout the entire process. She collaborated smoothly with my doctors and my partner making sure I felt cared for both physically and emotionally. Her help with pain management techniques like breathing exercises and body positioning was extremely helpful. After the baby was born she kept in touch with us offering useful resources for after the birth and emotional support. I really appreciate her for helping me have a great and empowering birth experience. I strongly suggest her to anyone in need of a caring and talented doula! Even after the birth, she continued to check in on us, providing helpful postpartum resources and emotional support. I had a positive and empowering birth experience.
