We are currently searching for a postpartum doula to support our family during the first two months after our son's arrival. Our primary need is for compassionate postpartum care, including both day and potentially some overnight visits to sleep support, to help us navigate this new chapter as we will be on our own until my mother comes to stay with us for a couple months. We have a Kaiser HMO plan and are specifically interested in using the doula services covered by the insurance's package. Greetings, My partner Chris and I are just starting our search for a birth doula. I have had a healthy pregnancy so far and am planning to give birth at Kaiser Oakland. I would love to find a doula who has experience with Kaiser as I understand that doulas could be covered by Kaiser.
