The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience caring for newborns and can work independently in a quiet environment. Infant CPR certification is a plus. For health and safety, we require up-to-date vaccinations (including Tdap, COVID-19, MMR and flu), and the caregiver must be a non-smoker.
