I'll be giving birth at Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley, CA. We live in the Berkeley Hills. Each week, we'd like a night nanny to help 3-4x per week for the first 6-8 weeks with the baby so we can get some rest. We'd love for them to help with sleep training, feed the baby, clean bottles, and do any necessary baby laundry. We'd like for them to be up to date on vaccinations. Our first baby, Nico, is due Sep 1st and we're looking for a doula that could take 4 night shifts, from Mon through Thu for about 12 weeks. We're based in Dog Patch (San Francisco) and live in a 2 bed / 2bath apartment, with an adorable 9 year old Pomeranian, Johnson. You'd be in the bedroom with Nico with a bathroom all to yourself. Our budget is ~$45 - 50/hour. I'm giving birth at CPMC Van Ness, San Francisco, and my birth plan is pretty flexible, whatever is safer for both me and the baby, and with pain management options. Must be associated with Carrot Fertility as the payment will be routed through them. Bonus points but not deal breaker: lactation support + availability for the birth.
