At Induced with Care, I am dedicated to supporting mothers through the induction process with compassion, expertise, and a personalized approach. I believe that every woman deserves to feel empowered and confident in her birth journey, especially when facing an induction. My philosophy is centered on providing holistic, individualized care—ensuring that every mother is informed, supported, and able to make the best decisions for herself and her baby. What is a Labor Induction Doula?

I specialize in high-risk pregnancy and labor inductions, offering virtual support and guidance to help prepare for an induced birth. Not every woman wants an all-natural childbirth. My goal is to support your birth preferences, whether you’re planning a natural childbirth or want to include medical interventions such as an epidural or induction. I'm here to help you prepare for your labor experience in a way that aligns with your wishes. I can create a personalized birth plan that takes medical interventions into account and ensures you feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout the process—whatever your choices may be.

How Soon Should I Book Your Services?

I recommend booking my services around 35-36 weeks. The sooner you get started, the more time we have to prepare your body for labor. Since most elective inductions are scheduled around 39 weeks, beginning early allows us to implement personalized strategies to give you the best chance at a smoother, shorter labor experience. Don't wait too long—early preparation is key!

Are all of your services virtual?

I offer virtual services because they’re more convenient for busy moms-to-be, allowing you to get the support you need from the comfort of your home. In addition, it allows for a more intimate labor room experience without adding more people to the room, which may be overwhelming. A virtual doula provides support, education, and guidance through online platforms rather than being physically present. This allows me to offer you continuous, 24/7 care from the time you book my services. I'm available for virtual consultations, birth preparation sessions, and ongoing communication via email or video calls. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate your labor and birth experience, even if I'm not there in person.
