As a Certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula, I provide families in the Tucson area with compassionate In-Home Postpartum Support, Parent and Community-Wide Education, and Nourishing Meal Preparation. Additionally, I am a Certified Patient Family Partner with Momma's Voices, where I advocate for birthing parents, and help facilitate necessary conversations with the medial community to provide better outcomes for maternal health. I am also trained in how to recognize Perinatal Mood Disorders and offer support in getting connected to appropriate community resources. I also support families who have experienced Perinatal Loss, and can offer additional community resources/referrals, such as group support/meetings and counseling services . At this time, I do not provide overnight services.
I’m so incredibly thankful that I crossed paths with Nikki. Not only is she a remarkable postpartum doula, she’s a grade A human being. Nikki supported us beautifully, even when I didn’t know how to convey the help we needed. She took excellent care of our newborn son, who looked blissfully happy in her arms, cooked us delicious meals, and cleaned our poorly neglected living areas. But more than that, she cared very deeply about my mental health, an area of doula care that is important to her. She continually checked in with me and was a wonderful resource of answers for a newbie mom. I so enjoyed our conversations, which brought hope and joy to our day. She also cared how my husband was doing through all of this. I can’t say enough great things about Nikki. You’d be so happy to cross paths with her too.

I can confidently say that I would give Nikki MORE THAN 5 stars. Nikki was a huge part of my postpartum recovery. We were gifted her services and I wasn’t sure at first how it would work having someone in my home during such a vulnerable time. Nikki made me feel cared for, so comfortable, and at ease the moment we met. She has a natural calm and comforting presence that made it so easy to have her support me. Her cooking is amazing and so nourishing. She is talented and experienced in every capacity that could be needed in supporting a family in their postpartum transition. Nikki is gentle, thoughtful, and I never felt lonely, like many new mamas can feel, due to her genuine listening ear. She is organized and a great communicator. Mothers and families aren’t meant to parent alone, especially right when baby arrives. A doula can kick start your new life to thriving instead of surviving. Especially a doula as wonderful as Nikki. You will not regret it! It is an investment in your family's health.
