About me

As a Catholic doula and wellness coach, I help Catholic moms achieve holiness through a body, mind, and soul approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer prayerful pregnancy planning and coaching through a uniquely faith-based lens, physically support and pray with mamas during labor as a birth doula, and continue to walk with them through postpartum doula services and ongoing wellness coaching rooted in God's design for your body. My Philosophy: - Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are an experience of God and a call to holiness. - A mother's voice should ALWAYS be respected in her pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. - No mother should have to do all of this alone - physical and prayerful support changes everything. - Fitness and wellness for mothers is less about achieving standards and more about maintaining balance so we can better serve our families.

In this package, you will provide me your birth plan ahead of time (instead of developing it together) and I'll work with you to implement it when it's baby day! We get one meeting to go over your desires for birth if possible - can be done via ZOOM if very close to date. Plus, any of my doula clients have the ability to add on prenatal courses or postpartum doula support at any time! - Road Map Meeting - Labor & day of birth support - On call at 38 weeks - Text/email support upon contract - Follow up phone call within a week FULL PAYMENT DUE UPON BOOKING/SERVICE. RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO DESIRE ONLY DAY-OF COMFORT MEASURES OR NEED A LAST MINUTE DOULA

We had Nicole help us adjust to life with the baby as soon as we came home with our newborn from the hospital. She is very professional and helped us a lot in our early days with the baby - she was an amazing resource for us as new parents. While she helped us with baby laundry, bathing (she gave our baby the first bath, so we watched and learned) , cooking ( she is an amazing cook) , tidying up our house, baby care guidance, more importantly she gave us the confidence that we can do it ourselves! If it was nt for our babies grandparents living with us now, we would have definitely asked Nicole to come back for longer! She was amazing - Thanks Nicole!

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work with Catholic/Christian clients?

Though I specialize in creating Catholic and Christian birth atmospheres, you do not have to be Catholic to work with me! It's important to know that as a Catholic doula, I practice the values of Traditional Catholicism and adhere to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, in union with Rome. I serve clients in traditional family structures as well as single women, and women in need. I do NOT refer to or support organizations that practice abortion & contraception. I only use traditional terms referring to women, pregnancy, breastfeeding & family. Lastly, I only use methods, and birth practices that are approved by and aligning with Church teaching and the biblical model of family, motherhood, childbirth and pregnancy.

Do you have any financing options?

I am a proud patner with BeHer Village, an organization that allows you to add doula support to your registry! (You know, instead of 42 newborn onesies.) I also offer payment plans for each package on a fixed payment schedule. I take HSA/FSA cards, and also provide the codes needed for insurance reimbursement.

I'm not a first time mom, would a doula actually help me?

Absolutely! Every birth is different, and even if you feel like you know what to expect now, then you know how valuable the kind of support a doula can provide would be! Having a doula by your side can provide peace of mind, be a continual resource and sounding board as questions arise, and prepare for those moments that you didn’t expect.

Im attempting a VBAC, or have a planned cesarean - can you still help?

Absolutely! I am a certified VBAC doula through The VBACK Link and have received specialized training to assist mothers attempting a vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC). Whether you have a planned c-section or end up needing to go in for surgery while in labor, a doula can still be incredibly beneficial for mental and spiritual support and assisting with bonding right after birth. Most hospitals will allow a doula to be present during a c-section.
