Hey there! I am a certified labor doula with over 10 years of labor assisting experience, and also a certified traditional postpartum birthworker specializing in holistic healing by way of Morocco. I offer emotional, physical, and spiritual support during family planning, the prenatal period, birth, and the postpartum trimester. My passion is helping women birth their best selves through natural living; spirit, soul & body.

Birth Doula Support: 2 in-person meetings, phone access between meetings for questions/support, continued support during active labor, and 1 postpartum follow up meeting. Postpartum Doula Support: 2 full traditional Moroccan postpartum care session (hamam bath, womb steam, closing of the bones with bodywork, belly binding). 1 closing of the bones with bodywork and womb steam session.
