Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Natasha moved to Austin in 2012 after receiving a contract to dance with Ballet Austin. Her passion for health and injury prevention began while utilizing Pilates during her profession as a ballerina. While in graduate school, Natasha discovered an affinity for pelvic physical therapy with emphasis on trauma recovery, chronic pain, and LBGTQ+ care. She would love to expand healthcare to folks undergoing gender affirmation procedures throughout all stages of transition. She is Pelvic Floor Level 1 certified through APTA, lumbopelvic dry needling certified, and has participated in several continuing education courses for trauma informed care and pelvic health.
