Hi everyone, Natalie here! I am a pre and postnatal birth doula tending to the LA and OC areas. I am currently a stay at home mom who loves all things birth related. I have had the honor of birthing both my babies at home in the birthing pool. No words could describe the magical experiences I encountered. These natural births kick started my passion for birth work. I am eager to work with families that trust the design of the female body. Our beautiful design, which encourages birth, simply amazes me. We truly are a work of art! Not only are we beautiful, but we are powerful. I believe we need to be surrounded by people who remind us of our worth and our strength. Birth Doula
We will have two prenatal visits together. We go over your birth plan, emergency plan, fears surrounding birth, and your birth desires. I will be with you with every contraction you need me. I am one call away. I will support your wants and desires in the home or hospital setting.

Daytime Postpartum Doula
If you need an extra hand or you need to get some sleep, I will be there for you. We can sit and talk about your birth story or I can help you with your baby. Your healing journey is just as important as your pregnancy journey. Let me help you so you do not put extra stress on your body. MAX 5 hours a day.
