Because of that I will be giving birth in Napa California at Queen of the valley hospital. I have tricare and hope to get the doula services covered through my insurance. I am a first time mom so I do not currently have a birth plan per se so I am hoping the doula could help me. I am 24 years old and like I said this is my very first baby so anything helps.

I am a first-time mom, my baby girl is due 11/1/2026. I plan on giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, CA and will be using my Kaiser insurance to pay for doula services. I am looking for birth support and postpartum support, and of course am open to prenatal support as well!
