We are looking for an experienced doula (more than 3 years) who is familiar with VBACs and mothers over 40. We are looking for someone with a calm presence, that includes massage in their birthing support and is able to travel to Napa for postpartum support (lactation, meal prep if needed, newborn support). We have Kaiser which covers birth support and up to 13 hours of prenatal and postpartum support.

I need a care provider who can take care of me after my C-section in the hospital and then at home.

This is our first child, we're having a boy, and I'm aiming to do an all natural birth at sutter Davis hospital with a midwife! I'm open to an epidural if I really feel as though I can't keep going, but I want to use all possible tools to help me get through the pain. My husband and I are both catholic so we plan on involving prayer in labor and birth, if you'd like to pray with us you're more than welcome!
