I am currently pregnant with my first baby, due January 30th. I live in Riverside County with my husband and our dog. We’re a Christian family, and faith is an important part of my life, so I would love to work with a doula who is open to supporting me emotionally and spiritually as well as practically. What I’m Looking For: • Postpartum support: Someone who can check in on me emotionally, help me adjust to motherhood, and watch for signs of postpartum depression/anxiety. • Practical support: Light household help, meal prep, and caring for the baby so I can rest, shower, or nap. • Feeding support: Guidance with breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding. • Family support: Involving my husband in baby care, showing him how to best support me, and helping us adjust as a team. • Faith-aligned care: Encouragement, prayer (if comfortable), and an understanding of how important my Christian faith is in this season.

I want to know certifcation, number of years of experience, sleep training, cleaning, cooking

I plan to give birth in a hospital ideally with a doctor that is not judgemental of my birth plan, vaccine prefrences, etc. I would like help completing a full birth plan but some things include an epidural, delayed cord claming, no eyedrops, delayed vaccination schedule.

I plan on having a hospital birth at Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta. I am hoping to have a VBAC and to have minimal interventions during labor.

I am planning to give birth at UC San Diego. I am not sure of the price point so I am unable to set a budget. I am not sure about a birth plan as yet, this is all new to me so I am researching and working through things.

Looking for a Doula that may have worked with Kaiser already. We have Kaiser and they cover a couple doula visits. Also interested in learning more about doula services as this is our first baby. Giving birth at Kaiser Riverside, but we live in Lake Elsinore. We don’t know budget we would like services to be covered by Kaiser if possible. Birth plan is regular birth if possible with epidural. Besides that a lot is unknown and I am open to discussion.

This is my first baby, and I would love to have someone who can not only assist with overnight care but also offer guidance as I learn. Planning to deliver at Naval Medical Center San Diego, will have an induction scheduled but could always labor earlier. I honestly have no idea what to even budget but I feel as though if personalities connect well it would be worth what ever price.
