Night nurse/ night nanny to help take care of a 5 weeks old throughout the night

We are hoping to get night time help for 4/5 nights a week for the next few months till we are able to train our son to eat and sleep better. He is 5 weeks old and on the smaller side so we need to keep a tight feed schedule according to our pediatrician and need night time coverage and some help with getting him to drink faster and better
