Hi! I'm Morgan, I'm a newer birth doula who's committed to helping you have the most positive birth experience you could possibly have! I'm passionate about helping you advocate for yourself and being someone you can truly lean on and trust in such a chaotic but beautiful moment of your life. I'm someone to consider particularly if you have trouble speaking up for yourself with medical professionals, or maybe a difficult family member who's overstepping boundaries and you would like help. I also am LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming.

Birth Doula packages and pricing

Full Service Package

This package includes: - 1 prenatal visit to check in and communicate. This can be us by ourselves, or you can have me tag along to any kind of prenatal appointment with your care provider so that I can advocate for you if needed, be emotional support, and have any critical information your care provider may want me to know. (Choose the latter option if your partner or other family member is unable to come with you to said appointment & you’d like to not be alone). - Support throughout the entire labor and birth process. You’ll let me know as soon as you start feeling those contractions and they get to a point where you’re having difficulty talking or moving through them. Me and my speed Subaru will be on our way! I’ll provide emotional support, as well as any kind of physical pain relief you’d like (i.e. pressing on the hips to relieve pressure, scalp massage, breathing techniques, vocalization, you name it!) - 1 follow-up visit after you’ve had your baby! We can keep in touch about when you’d like it after I’ve left the birth. It can be the very next day, 3 days from then, or 2 weeks. I’ll come to the hospital or your home and help you in any way you’d like! Taking the baby so you can sleep, getting you food, more massages, or just being there. Whatever you want.

Extra Visits Package

This package has all the same great offers as the Full Service Package, but with the added perk of 2 extra post-birth visits. 1 prenatal visit to check in and communicate. This can be us by ourselves, or you can have me tag along to any kind of prenatal appointment with your care provider so that I can advocate for you if needed, be emotional support, and have any critical information your care provider may want me to know. (Choose the latter option if your partner or other family member is unable to come with you to said appointment & you’d like to not be alone). Support throughout the entire labor and birth process. You’ll let me know as soon as you start feeling those contractions and they get to a point where you’re having difficulty talking or moving through them. Me and my speed Subaru will be on our way! I can help cook you meals and clean around the house, do the laundry, just general things you need help with while you’re recovering. Must be within 1 month after birth, each visit can exceed no more than 8 hours.

What to expect

My main priority is that you feel as comfortable and supported as possible during this amazing thing called birth. I'm usually cool as a cucumber in high-stress situations, and I'm there to be your rock and make you feel safe and supported. I can suggest breathing techniques, counter-pressure during contractions, massage anywhere you'd like, and just generally be a calm presence to keep you grounded.

I wish I could give Morgan 10 stars. She was amazing throughout my entire experience. She helped me through my 33 hours of mostly unmedicated labor by providing foot and head massages, hip pressure, back rubs, and so much more. She also made sure the hospital staff were aware of my birth plan and advocated for me and helped me decide what was right when they suggested we deviate from it. She made labor and delivery so much better than it would have been that I will never have another baby without her.
