I applaud you for being courageous enough to take this step to seek counseling. Having undergone my own experiences and therapy throughout my life, I hold sacred the opportunity to walk through this healing journey with you. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and specialize in treating Couples, Women’s Issues and Trauma. I’ve worked extensively with trauma survivors of all ages and from all walks of life, and have received advanced training in working with couples in the modality of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have also received training in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. As a wife and mother myself, I am passionate about helping families heal from trauma and find a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. I look forward to the opportunity of hearing your story.
