As your doula, I am a resource to you immediately. I am always available for questions and concerns regarding anything pregnancy and birth related. We will meet twice before the birth so you feel comfortable and confident. I provide you with physical support, through comforting touch, massage techniques and labor positions, emotional comfort and encouragement, as well as advocacy and information.
