We need a night nanny from 10 PM to 6 AM three days a week. We are new parents and would love help. We would like someone that has experience and Has dealt with infants before. The main duties will be feeding changing diapers and holding the baby when she cries. Our preferred method of parenting is the attach method. Which is building an environment where the baby is loved and secure.

I am back at work and I am struggling with the baby sleeping at night and being productive in the day.
