Hi im yadi im 29 years old i live in los banos ca 93635 This is my fourth pregnancy Ive had three vaginal deliveries and I plan to do the same this time. I have 13 y.o boy 6 y.o girl and a 15 month girl. Im scared this time around and need help for birth and postpartum care. I have medical and this would be my first time asking for help from a doula. I would really like help during birth and maybe the first week after i have baby. I just don’t know how to make myself a priority.
I have Tricare West Select. I would just like general ante/post partum support and advocacy. I am in Fresno, CA.
