I am a Christian birth and postpartum doula who is passionate about supporting and educating women through their pregnancy, birth and beyond! I believe that every mama should feel empowered and in control of their birth and I help give them the tools to achieve that! I love supporting not only the moms but the family as well to help keep them involved with everything.

Virtual Doula
Birth Virtual Doula:
- Monthly video chat support from sign of contract until 36 weeks (1 hour)
- Weekly video chat support from 36 weeks until birth (1 hour)
- Virtual support of labor (calling, texting and video chat)
- Weekly video chat support for the first 3 weeks postpartum (1 hour)
- Texting support for entire package
- Handouts and workbooks sent via email/mail

Postpartum Virtual Doula:
- Each session is 1-2 hours long - Sessions will consist of all things postpartum, lactation, sleep, newborn questions, referral needs and anything you may want to talk about
- Text support for entire package
- Handouts and workbooks sent via email/mail
- Sessions must be used within 3 months of your baby’s birth or purchase date (which ever is longest)

- On call support from 36 weeks till you have the baby
- Custom support based on needs

- 24 hours of care while in labor
