I am a passionate Certified Birth Doula and Certified Childbirth Educator trained in educating and supporting new and seasoned parents in hospital births, home births, birth center births, and the postpartum period. I offer in-person birth doula and postpartum support within the Nassau County, NY area, and virtual postpartum support and childbirth education courses worldwide. My support style is warm, encouraging, inclusive, and evidence-based.

Birth Doula Support Package
In-person birth doula support that's warm, passionate, inclusive, and evidence-based. As your Birth Doula, I will work with you from whatever stage of pregnancy you're at to help you feel excited and prepared. I will hold space for you and your birth plan, and let you take the reins (it's YOUR birth, not mine!) while I support you in the birth space. ​My birth doula support package includes:​​ Initial Consultation: Meet and greet to discuss your preferences, values, and expectations. Virtual or in-person. Two Prenatal Visits: In-depth discussions about your birth plan, comfort measures, and any concerns; basic childbirth education for you and your partner. 24/7 On-Call Support: Available by text or email for any questions or concerns throughout your pregnancy. Continuous Labor Support: Physical and emotional support during labor and birth; assistance with comfort measures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Postpartum Visit: Debriefing on your birth experience; assistance with breastfeeding, if desired. Postpartum resources and referrals.

Preparing for Your Hospital Birth - Virtual Childbirth Education Course
Here you are on your own, personal pregnancy journey, full of questions, choices, concerns, and preferences. So why take the large, impersonal birth class at a hospital? You've made the decision to have a hospital birth, or maybe you're exploring your birth options. Preparing for Birth Weekend Course - Virtual Childbirth Education Course
Your best birth is a Prepared Birth! Whether you are planning a vaginal birth, a cesarean birth, medicated, unmedicated, you aren't sure yet, or you want to be ready in the event of the unexpected, this is an awesome crash course in what you can expect during labor and birth. Taught over a 2-day weekend, each day is a 4-hour-long session with multiple topics, meditations, and comfort measures for both you and your partner (about 8 hours of material total).
