Choosing postpartum support and a doula that nourishes you is essential. We often spend time finding the best things for babies in terms of clothing and nursery decor but the focus on healing ourselves postpartum can be neglected. I get it! I also fully understand the impact of having the right energy and chemistry with your doula during the most fragile and intimate moments of your life. I also get the fine balance of offering education with zero judgment while supporting your developing parenting style and baby’s uniqueness. All over San Diego California. Rarely some specific locations will incur a travel fee but that will be communicated before booking. Can I create my own package? Absolutely! The packages I offer are specific to what most clients book. But we can create your own package - no amount of sessions is too little. You will receive the best quality! What is your price per hour/minimum and maximum hour requirements? My hourly rate is $65 per hour, minimum is 3 hours. Maximum is 10 hours per session. How simple is the process to book? Any extra fees? So simple! I already know the amount of energy it takes to even send in an inquiry especially during this moment on your journey! Let me make this super minimal for you! 1. You book your free dream virtual consultation using my calendar link. 2. I will send over your contract and deposit invoice. 3. You send back a signed contract and pay a deposit. 4. You are booked! 5. I will visit you at your sessions! Absolutely positively no hidden fees! Most doula collectives or agencies will charge you a “doula match fee” or a "multiples - twins or triplets fee" which I understand but I find is completely unnecessary when working with me one on one. The only fees you might possibly see are ones you choose - travel fee for locations out of my boundaries -credit card fee for using your credit card versus bank transfer through Quickbooks! What is the difference between your practice versus other doulas? My practice has been established for 10 years. I truly believe that holding space for you during this time in your life will support you with a lifetime of physical and mental health. My approach has always been to meet individuals where they are and support, nourish and guide them. I am not interested in bringing my own experience or stories into yours. I am an educated extra set of hands practicing organic and minimal energy work through nourishing your mind and heart. My practice has always focused on the one on one. Again, doula support is my way of serving you during a very intimate time. I find new mommas truly need a community and I always have my phone and email available to support you. Meaning - you won’t get some automated answer. I am a real person supporting you in your reality! Yes you can text message me when you need some encouragement!
