I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (Health Education & Promotion) and a Master of Public Health (Health Promotion & Behavior), and I’m a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). I’m currently deepening my practice through the Georgia Black Doulas Network training institute (2025–2026 cohort), working toward full certification while continuing to serve my community. As the founder of Red Dirt Births, I create space for advocacy and healing to honor southern roots and the everyday habits that shape our health and birth experiences. My work blends public health, education, and mindful awareness to understand how our actions, patterns, and environments influence the way we prepare for and experience birth. This isn’t just work for me. It’s devotion. I’m here to help you feel informed, supported, and grounded as you move through your birthing journey.
