I'm McKayla, co-owner of Bountiful Doulas. As a Postpartum Doula and Postpartum Nutrition Expert, I’m passionate about helping families prepare for and navigate the Fourth Trimester. Having underprepared during pregnancy (or prioritized the wrong things—like perfecting the Alice in Wonderland-themed nursery my daughter would never use), I know just how challenging postpartum can be without the right resources and a village to lean on. That’s why I love meeting my clients where they are and helping them thrive in their fourth trimester. Before becoming a full-time postpartum doula, I was a nanny for over 10 years. I moved on from my decade-long career to jump into postpartum doula work full-time because I love it THAT much and wanted to support families on an even deeper level, caring for the parents - not just kids. When not supporting families as a postpartum doula, I spend quality time with my family, practice my embroidery skills, create new recipes, or listen to a new book or podcast. I look forward to connecting with more of you and sharing this journey! 💕

I offer both daytime and overnight postpartum doula support as well as postpartum nutrition guidance, planning and prep. I am also a gentle sleep coach and help with newborn sleep shaping.
