As a mother of four, all of whom I breastfed, I understand the challenges and joys that come with breastfeeding. My passion for lactation began in 2016, inspired by my own experience as a new mother. This led me to become a breastfeeding support volunteer, and ultimately to pursue certification as an IBCLC. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Maternal Child Health from UI&U, which deepened my understanding of the unique needs of mothers and infants. For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching pilates and wellness practices to women in my community, blending my love for fitness with my commitment to health. This holistic approach to well-being is the foundation of my lactation practice. Through my private practice, Nature’s Nectar Lactation Support, I offer personalized, compassionate lactation care to mothers and babies in the Rio Grande Valley.
