I am a prenatal and postnatal Doula providing services in San Bernardino Riverside, San Diego, and Los Angeles counties in Southern California. Services offered ( what to expect) Prenatal services: assist with creating a birth plan by navigating through the birthing process and empowering you to make decisions around pain medication and delivery wants needs and concerns also determining how best your doula can support you during labor Birth Support: Provide support with pain management through breathing, massage, moving through laboring positions, preparing snacks, staying as close to the birth plan as possible as well as supporting your decision-making during emergency situations After Birth:If postpartum care is wanted birth doula will help you stay comfortable, support with feeding, gather any information and resources.
