Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm thankful for your pregnancy and am already praying for you. I completed my DONA birth doula training in 2022 and specialize in natural hospital births, multiples and lactation. As a mom of twins (born via c-section) and a singleton (born naturally in a hospital) and having breastfed all of them for two years, I can relate to where you are and where you are going. Your birth story will be completely unique to you. I hope to help you feel as powerful and peaceful as you can as you welcome your baby into the world.

Service introduction

I am an attentive, caring birth doula! I will help prepare you (and your partner) for birth with 2-3 prenatal meetings lasting 1-2 hours each. These meetings consist of childbirth education/anatomy, hands-on massage and positioning, practice of comfort measures used for labor, teaching breathing techniques best for delivery, even push positions that give you control. I'll be on-call for you from 38 weeks till delivery. After your beautiful delivery I will come to your home for a postpartum follow-up visit lasting 1-2 hours. I'll bring you a meal, discuss your birth, help with breastfeeding/baby's latch, nursing positions, pumping and how to use your pump and nutrition education.
