Marissa served my wife and I throughout our first pregnancy and childbirth. She was incredible, from our first meeting all the way through our final postpartum follow-up. She was an invaluable resource as she guided us through our natural birth plan, addressed all of our concerns and made every accommodation possible. Marissa provided a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all perinatal phases while showing genuine care and unrelenting support for her clients. I highly recommend her for any couples considering a doula!

Marissa was our doula for our first baby and she was nothing short of amazing! Marissa is extremely supportive and knowledgeable and we would definitely use her again. She was so easy to connect with and talk to, and I was so thankful to have her there to guide & support both my husband and myself through the most intense and vulnerable time in our lives.

I just want to start off by saying she is the absolute best. I found Marissa during my first pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable--literally one or two steps ahead of the doctors! She is kind, empathetic, and understanding. She helped guide me through the most difficult time of my life with patience. She is very personable, but also firm and taught me how to advocate for myself and gave me confidence when I needed it. I am forever grateful to her. If you are thinking about a doula, RUN to message her--you will not regret it. I don't have words to explain how she changed my life. 

Marissa is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things pregnancy. She provides the best support through some of the biggest challenges you might face, and the resources you need to know about to advocate for yourself.

Marissa has been an unbelievable support person through pregnancy and postpartum. Whenever I have been slightly worried or just wanted to reach out to someone who I knew was open, honest, and has put a ton of thoughtful research in, I reach out to her. You will never feel judged for your history, your story, your goals, your concerns, or anything in between. So grateful that she has always been just a message away.

There is no way I would’ve gotten through the shock and pain of losing our first pregnancy at 8 weeks. I reached out to Marissa because she had been so open about her own experiences and I needed some advice. My doctors were being so vague and delicate and I needed someone to be honest and Marissa was exactly what I needed. She was absolutely amazing and continued to check in on me throughout the next few months after I initially reached out to her. She gave me honest advice that truly made this terrifying experience so much easier to maneuver through. I will forever be thankful for her knowledge and big heart.

The second I became pregnant I had one million and one questions. I panicked for about ten seconds then realized I could easily message Marissa and she'd respond with the calmness and certainty I needed. Could I take pepto? At what month do I feel the baby kick? All questions floating in my head that you'd forget to ask at the doctors office because they rush you in and out. I find the reassurance I need from Marissa within seconds and that is a level of care you cannot find anywhere else.

Marissa supported me throughout my second pregnancy. In my first trimester her advice on HG greatly helped me cope. She also assisted me through a miscarriage scare in my 2nd trimester, encouraging me to visit my OB based on my symptoms. This helped me get diagnosed with a bacterial infection and start a course of antibiotics sooner rather than later, which ended up lowering my risk of having an actual miscarriage. She is a caring professional whose passion truly shines through. I am so glad I had her during my pregnancy journey. I recommend her to anyone who wants a loving & expert ear.

Marissa has been such an amazing resource, both with information and support in our TTC journey up. Every time I feel bad for reaching out, with all that she has on her own plate, she always makes me feel like she has the time to address my own concerns and be there with emotional support. You could not find anyone better who is here to advocate for you, your well-being and that of your family.
