I am a birth doula (DONA-trained in 2024) and I'm extremely passionate about providing compassionate and highly personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birthing, and the fourth trimester. I'm located in northern New Jersey and I serve Bergen County, Essex County, Hudson County, Passaic County, and surrounding areas, including midtown Manhattan. I also provide comprehensive virtual doula services and consultations.

I provide comprehensive doula packages (both virtual and in-person), which include: introductory consultation, prenatal consultations, childbirth education, thorough workshopping of birth plan and postpartum plan, detailed discussion of all options + alternatives for labor and birthing (including at home, birth center, or hospital), additional resources + educational materials, practice of customized labor positions for every stage, on-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks, coaching + support during early labor, TENS if desired, non-stop support from active labor through the golden hour, breastfeeding support, and postpartum consultations and follow-up.
