Hi there! I'm Maria Woods, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I've been calling San Diego home for the past 8 years. I'm a proud mother of two girls, and being compassionate and loving is just part of who I am. I'm here to lend a helping hand to both of you and your precious newborn. My guiding principles are to: Nurture: Educate the family by modeling behavior, observing and offering options Educate Nurture the family with my loving heart and hands and meet them where they are, offering non-judgmental support Access I am constantly assessing the environment in order to assist the family Refer Provide resources and referrals to families, and assists them to develop the skills to seek out resources and referrals I prepare meals, help with pet & kids adjustments,baby laundry, assist with postpartum physical changes & runs errands
