About me

I am a Mom to my son and daughter, and a Nana to two Princesses. A bit on the crunchy side, I enjoy organic gardening, whole foods cooking, sewing, and continuing to learn. Serving families through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester is an honor and a joy. And, I enjoy a little trip to unwind when not on-call.

Service introduction

I began my journey supporting women during pregnancy as a birth doula through DONA, INT. Seeing the need for comprehensive childbirth education, I trained through CAPPA as a childbirth educator and later went on to certify with Lamaze. Working as birth doula and my own journey after the birth of my children led into a deep desire to fill the gap in care following birth that families experience. This led to seeing another gap in lactation/feeding support and certifying as a Lactation Counselor. My hope is to help smooth the journey through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester. It is an honor to be invited into the very tender time of welcoming a new little one into a family.
