I reached out to Marchea to search for a doula, we spoke briefly, and I was planning on scheduling a call with her for a consultation, I had family in town & then the holidays so I didn’t get back to her for about a week I believe. It totally slipped my mind. I reached out after holidays were over, we scheduled a call for New Years Day at 5 pm, was told it would be a zoom call. 5 pm rolls around, no link was ever sent, no email was received, and no text, I reached out via text at 5:10 giving her the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday, still have not received a response. Not very professional.
