Our time together begins with two prenatal visits where we’ll talk through your birth preferences, address any concerns, and practice labor positions to help you feel confident and prepared. During labor, I’ll provide continuous, personalized support, offering emotional reassurance, practical assistance, and educational guidance to help you navigate each stage with calm and confidence. After the birth, I offer two postpartum visits tailored to your family’s needs. Whether it’s discussing your birth story, helping with light household tasks, holding the baby so you can rest, or offering advice on breastfeeding or feeding, I’m here to provide thoughtful and caring support as you transition into this new chapter.
