We’ll go over breathing & how to surrender to the contractions, positions to help baby move down and through your pelvic, education on epidurals and pitocin as well as induction & cesareans, how to advocate for yourself, as well as pushing skills and protecting your golden hour/breastfeeding!

Mackenzie was a rock for my husband and I during labor and the birthing process. She set a goal to prevent traumatic births, and she met that goal with me. Without her, my birth would have been a very different experience. I cannot recommend Mackenzie enough!
