About me

Hi, I’m Lydia, and I am a birth doula, health and wellness coach, and massage therapist. I began this journey out of a deep passion for taking care of those around me, guiding them to become their best selves. In this pursuit, a thought struck me: what about the caretakers who dedicate their lives to caring for others all day long? Who is taking care of them? The realization ignited a fire within me, prompting me to focus on nurturing the nurturers, mothering the mothers, and caring for the caretakers. My mission became clear; to provide support, encouragement, and resources to those who selflessly give so much to others, ensuring they also receive the care they deserve.
