About me

Hello, my name is Liz Weisenfluh, and I’m a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and certified birth and postpartum doula (THW Doula) living in Springfield, OR. I serve families in Lane and surrounding counties with a care philosophy that blends evidence-based practices with respect for time-tested traditions of care from around the world. As a mother, partner, daughter, sister, and friend, I draw from the love and connection in my own life to better support the clients I serve. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and empowered—not just in our work together but throughout your entire pregnancy, birth, and parenting journey. Let’s connect and see if I might be the right addition to your support team.
