As a doula, I believe in supporting the birthing person and their partner(s)/birth team wholeheartedly without judgment. Everyone has a birth journey unique to them and I'm honored every time I get to join a family on that journey.

As a birth doula, my birth package includes 2 prenatal sessions (preferably in-person), on call services beginning at 38 weeks until actual birth, in-person labor support at home and in the birthing location, 1 postpartum visit within the first few weeks after birth.
