I am a holistic birth and postpartum doula. I have been serving women for 5 years in this space. I love educating and supporting families through the perinatal period, walking alongside them while they transition into motherhood, and supporting them in the immediate postpartum while everyone settles into their new roles.

I offer childbirth education, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum support. I am currently in Phase 3 of midwifery training. I believe in connecting with the woman and befriending her and her family to feel like an authentic part of her support team and not just hired help. There are a number of things I can do and am open to doing, but you can't list them all. I can attend an appointment with you, grocery shop with you, we can sit and have tea, etc. The paperwork and the contracts are needed, but I focus on connecting and listening to your thoughts and feelings. Truly being a heart-centered birth worker is what is most important to me.
