Hi friends! My name is Lindsay and I am a trained birth doula with a passion for helping people. I have held onto my certification for several years while working as a CNA, too afraid to be a part of something as monumental as childbirth. This all changed when I had my son in June of 2023 - I knew that I had more to offer than just an extra hand. I believe in the power of choice, the intuitive process of birth, and that we all need a little extra support in such vulnerable and transformative times in our lives.
