As a fertility coach, birth & bereavement doula, certified trauma professional, infertility warrior, and recurrent pregnancy loss survivor, I offer individualized support and resources for women and couples who are going through infertility, miscarriage, and/or pregnancy after loss. Because of my personal experiences as well as my professional training, I am uniquely qualified to walk alongside you throughout your entire fertility and pregnancy journey to motherhood. My approach is to offer unique, individualized support for wherever you are on your journey. I use the Enneagram and multiple assessment tools to provide you with custom, individualized tools and resources to help you reduce stress and anxiety, cope with triggers and trauma, and heal your body, mind, and relationships. Infertility, loss, and pregnancy after loss are hard enough- and you shouldn’t have to go through them alone. My role is to make sure you have everything you need to get to the other side of the hardest parts of your journey- supported, courageous, and victorious.

Lindsay was compassionate, kind, and really helped me to heal after my miscarriage. I’ll definitely want to work with her again whenever we conceive again

Lindsay supported me during my pregnancy after 3 recurrent miscarriages. It was great knowing she could really empathize with me, because she’s been through it herself. She helped me work through my anxiety and focus on the present and I don’t know how I could’ve made it through those 9 months without her.
